What is the minimum application size?
$2,000 for 2,000 Shares (with attaching Options on a 1 for 1 basis), with incremental multiples of 1,000 Shares and Options
How can I apply for shares?
Eligible Shareholders in Henry Morgan Limited and John Bridgeman Limited may apply for Securities under the HML Priority Offer and JBL Priority Offer, respectively, by following the instructions set out in Section 2.5 of the Prospectus.
Separately, the Broker Firm Offer is open to those persons who have received a firm allocation from their Broker, and who are have a registered address in Australia or New Zealand. Applicants should contact their Broker for instructions on how to apply.
In addition, Applications under the General Offer may be made by Applicants who are have a registered address in Australia or New Zealand, by submitting completed Application Forms which either accompany the Prospectus or are available online at www.benjaminhornigold.com.au

Will I be able to use BPay to apply for shares?
Yes. Eligible Shareholders who wish to pay by BPAY® (registered to BPAY Pty Ltd ABN 69 079 137 518) must complete their Application online at www.benjaminhornigold.com.au using the unique Customer Reference Number and Biller Code on their Priority Application Form.
Is there a Priority Offer for John Bridgeman Limited (JBL) and Henry Morgan Limited (HML) shareholders?
Registered holders of HML Shares or JBL Shares at 7.00pm (Sydney time) on 22 March 2017 with an address in Australia or New Zealand (Eligible Shareholders) will be given a priority allocation of 5 million Shares (in aggregate) under the HML Priority Offer, and 5 million Shares (in aggregate) under the JBL Priority Offer.
When will I receive confirmation that my Application has been successful?
The Company anticipates that holding statements will be sent by standard post on or around 5 May 2017.
Are there risks attached to investing in this IPO?
Yes. While the Manager and Company will strive to manage risk through a number of measures there is no guarantee they will mitigate all of the risks associated with the Company's investment strategy. The Company and the Manager do not guarantee the return of capital, any rate of return in terms of income or capital or the investment performance of the Company.
